Proud to be a part of the Female Founder's Collective

I'm so proud to announce that I am now a member of Rebecca Minkoff's Female Founder Collective. The Female Founder Collective (FFC) is a network of businesses led by women, supporting women. Our mission is to enable and empower female owned and led businesses to positively impact our communities, both socially and economically.

I created my jewelry line, NOORNOIR, after years of dreaming about being a designer and entrepreneur. I have always been a creative and visual person.  After working a few different jobs in the fashion industry, I realized the only way I could truly satisfy my longing for creating beautiful design was doing it on my own time and in my own way. I was scared to take the leap into entrepreneurship but I have gained so much along the way. My jewelry is inspired by cherished memories in my life, a trip to Italy with my husband and perfect summer beach days. I am always amazed at how clients connect to my pieces, though they are crafted from my perspective, and associate it with nostalgia of their own.

From the Female Founder Collective website:

Women have the power to change the world. From our purchasing decisions as consumers to the leadership and employment opportunities we offer as business owners, women are an incredible and undeniable force. More than 11.6 million firms are owned by women, which translates into 9 million jobs and $1.7 trillion in sales. Women reinvest income in their families and communities at higher rates than men.

By increasing the wealth and opportunities for women-owned businesses, we can significantly impact our communities for the better.

Look for the FFC logo to shop female-founded and women-owned-business. I'll be incorporating this very important logo into future NOORNOIR packaging very soon!

xo,

Noor
