Shipping policy
PROCESSING (PACKING/SHIPPING) YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed it will ship within 2-3 business days but may ship sooner. Exception for made-to-order items (if it is a made-to-order item it will say so clearly in the item description along with the expected time for production, shipping time is in addition to production time). Express shipping options will be shipped same day if placed before noon PST. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. While we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, circumstances beyond our control such as delays from our shipping carriers or weather, may affect delivery dates.
All orders ship with United States Postal System (USPS). If your order qualifies for our free standard shipping it will be shipped with USPS. All orders are sent with tracking but there is no signature upon delivery required. Tracking information will be emailed to the email address on the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking email please make sure to check your email's spam folder. Make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost due to customer inputing an incorrect shipping address.
All orders placed through our website are packed in a kraft paper box with cotton insert. The purpose of the box is to ensure that your jewelry does not get damaged in transit. The box is then placed inside of a padded envelope mailer.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship all over the United States and most International countries. Orders ship from our studio in Los Angeles, CA. International orders have a choice of shipping with USPS International or DHL International, you can select your preferred method at checkout. NOORNOIR is not responsible for any lost packages through your Country's Postal Service. International orders may be subject to customs fees that NOORNOIR is not responsible for.
LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
NOORNOIR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but we will do our best to make the situation right. We are not responsible for orders lost due to customer inputing an incorrect shipping address. If your package goes missing, we will contact our shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address. If your package is lost or stolen please email customer service at hello@noornoir.com and we will do our best to take care of the situation.
Packages damaged in transit
We are not responsible for packages damaged by the carrier in transit. We do our best to ensure that your package is shipped in sturdy and reliable packaging (all jewelry items are placed in a kraft paper box and then placed in a padded envelope mailer). Customer satisfaction is a priority for us so if your package does arrive damaged please email us at hello@noornoir.com with a photo of the damage so we can do our best to make the situation right.
